Can anyone use on-line bookings ? To use the on-line bookings system, you must hold a current FastCard. What is an FastCard and where can I apply for one ? The FastCard is great value, easy to use, quick access card to the Health and Fitness facilities at your local leisure centre. You can apply for an FastCard by contacting us at any of the Leisure centres. Click here for Centre Phone numbers Can I pay for my booking on-line ? Yes, all on line bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. You may pay with the following cards: MasterCard; Visa; Visa Delta; Switch; Solo; Electron; Maestro; There is NO surcharge for using your card on-line and NO minimum payment. My surname or postcode are not being accepted when I attempt to log-in. Why is this ? We may not have your current name and address details or it is possible that when we entered your membership application into the computer, we may have entered incorrect details. Please contact your local leisure centre to get your details checked or updated. How do I cancel a booking once I have submitted it ? It is not possible to cancel your booking on-line. Please contact your local leisure centre for assistance. Bookings may not be cancelled less than 24 hrs before the activity start time. Can I book on-line 24 hours a day ? Yes, Bookings can be made from midnight each day When booking 7 days ahead, you must wait until 8.00 am to start your booking. What is the latest I can book an activity, prior to its start time ? You can book up to thirty minutes before the court or class time. Why are all activities not available on line ? All courts and exercise class spaces are available on line. Only bookable activities are available on-line- ie swimming is not available on-line as there is not a requirement to book this activity. If the activity you require is not on the list, please contact our reception desk for assistance. Why are some timeslots blank ? Blank timeslots mean that the required activity is not available at that time. The activity I require is sold out. How can I check for further availability ? You can try contacting another facility or try another day if there is no availability on your preferred day. What are the 'basket' and the 'checkout' ? If the booking is acceptable to you and you have other bookings you wish to make, click on the 'add to basket' button and the booking will be held for you while you continue to book other activities. If the booking is acceptable to you and you do not wish to make further bookings, click on the 'proceed to checkout' button to continue the process. Can I print a confirmation of my booking to prove it has been made successfully ? If you wish, you can print a confirmation of your booking details by clicking on the 'Print Confirmation' button on the last page of the booking process. It would be very helpful to bring this confirmation with you when you take part in your activity. How do I log out of on-line bookings ? Please click on the 'log out' button to complete the booking process and return to the log-in screen.
